Most often, the best way is to call and speak to the person that will do the inspection for you. Ask questions and be comfortable with your inspector because they work for you.

We use a computer based inspection software, which streamlines the process while reducing the chance of missing details during the inspection. Once the information is gathered, the report is compiled and you’ll receive an email within 24 hours (often the same day), with the complete inspection available for download or viewing. If you prefer, a hard copy can be mailed to you.
